Spicy fish maw salad ยำสามกรอบ


Crispy fish maw salad is a Chinese menu dish.  I bring together with Thai. Add a little more spicy and some chili paste.  I feel  mouth watering. You will love This “Yam Sam Krob”  I like to cook 3 flavors.. spicy, sour and slightly sweet.  For a mellow taste To make this dish look exciting when tasting. This dish can eat both lunch and dinner. And in Thailand, prefer to eat late with rice porridge. Or a hors d'oeuvres with beer…It depends on whether you like to eat with hot boiled rice or cold beer… ;)


Ingredient
60 gram Fried fish maw
60 gram Fried dried squid
80 gram Fried cashew nut
80 gram Onion
80 gram Tomato
50 gram Chinese celery
50 gram Spring onion
3 Chili (red-green)
2 tbsp Fish sauce
3 tbsp Lime juice
1 tbsp Roasted Chili paste
1 tbsp plum sauce
1 tsp White sugar

Method
1.Add fish sauce, lime juice, plum sugar, white sugar, roasted chili paste, chili, into the mixing bowl. And stir well. Taste..
2.Put onions sliced, tomato sliced, mix well.
3.Put fried dried squid, fish maw, cashew nut, spring onion and Chinese celery afterwards. Mix together again.
4.Put in serving dish, ready to serve...
